Alliances
European University of Vitoria - EUNEIZ
Esden has formed a strategic academic partnership with the European University of Vitoria (EUNEIZ), consolidating an alliance that enhances both the quality and the scope of our academic programs. This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to academic excellence and the comprehensive development of our students.

One of the most distinctive features of Esden Business School is, without a doubt, our teaching methodology. That is why we felt it was essential to recognize its value and give it a name of its own. This is how Reverse©, Esden Business School’s inverted classroom model, was born.
Reverse© - Esden Business School's inverted classrooms
Reverse© is our modern, dynamic teaching method designed to prepare future leaders. It trains students to make sound decisions and tackle complex real-life challenges in the business world.
Unlike traditional approaches that focus on passive knowledge transfer, Reverse© ensures a learning experience based on excellence, critical thinking, and practical application.
The Didactic Circle of the Reverse© Method

The foundation of this methodology lies in the idea that students arrive at the classroom already equipped with key knowledge. To achieve this, each classroom session is carefully prepared through prior online work in the Virtual Campus.
During the weeks leading up to in-person classes, students engage with: didactic video units, knowledge tests, technical readings, business case studies
This structure allows in-person sessions to be fully focused on applying knowledge to real-life business situations, maximizing the value of face-to-face interaction. Time is not wasted on passive content delivery—instead, students learn by doing, reflecting, and debating.
To train effective decision-making, we rely heavily on the Case Method, primarily using business cases from Harvard Business School and other industry-relevant sources. These cases are selected for their practical value and direct focus on leadership and strategy.
