Why take the Digital Transformation program?
This initiative is aimed at young people, with priority given to the unemployed and women, so that they can acquire the necessary knowledge to join the labor market as agents of digital transformation in SMEs. It also aims to reduce the gender gap by increasing the training and employment of women in the ICT sector.

Program benefits
The digital transformation program provides hybrid training certified by Harvard Business Publishing, with specialized professors and exclusive content. It is free for those who meet the requirements, is taught in small groups and offers personalized tutoring. It comprises 140 teaching hours (15 ECTS) plus 10 hours of personalized mentoring and can be validated with official degrees.

Mandatory requirements:
- Be less than 35 years old
- Have a high school degree or equivalent
Meet a minimum of one profile :
- Working in an SME with between 0 and 249 employees
- Being self-employed
- Be unemployed (Certificate of active employment demand).
