Alliances
Santander University
The Esden Business School & Santander University alliance arises in 2022, as a result of the collaboration agreement reached with Santander University and Sunibes. Resulting in an academic alliance born for the creation of the benchmark education platform in the global educational landscape.
Alliances
European University of Vitoria - EUNEIZ
Esden establishes a strategic academic collaboration with the European University of Vitoria (EUNEIZ), consolidating an educational alliance that strengthens the quality and breadth of our academic offerings. This partnership reflects our shared commitment to educational excellence and the comprehensive training of our students.

One of the differential elements of Esden Business School is undoubtedly our teaching method. For this reason we thought it was important to value it and give it a name of its own. Thus was born “Reverse©“, Esden Business School’s inverted classrooms”.
Reverse© , Esden Business School's inverted classrooms
Esden Business School’s “Reverse©” methodology is the updated teaching method that prepares you to be a leader of the future, that teaches you to make the right decisions and to successfully resolve complex real-life situations in the business world.
“Reverse©, Esden Business School’s inverted classrooms, ensures training in excellence as opposed to the mere transmission of information.
The didactic circle within the Reverse© Methodology

The basis of this method is that the student comes to the classroom with the previously acquired knowledge: For this we prepare the classroom sessions during the previous weeks online in the Virtual Classroom. By means of video didactic units, learning tests, technical notes or practical cases, we work on the acquisition of the necessary knowledge for each subject.
This makes it possible to take full advantage of classroom work to learn how to use the knowledge acquired by confronting it with real business decisions. And it does not require “wasting” face-to-face time in the transmission of knowledge. For decision making training, the Case Method is mainly used by means of cases directly focused on training (mainly Harvard Business School cases).

Faculty
Train with the best working professionals in the industry
Undoubtedly the group of professionals who make up the faculty of Esden Business School is one of the main pillars on which our success and that of our students is based. All professors are great experts in the subjects they teach, their knowledge comes from their professional experience linked to the business world, and ultimately to their day to day, real cases that they transmit with passion and proven teaching skills to students in the classroom.

We share the values of the leading international business schools in terms of cutting-edge training, promotion of talent, development of critical and creative thinking, and, especially, the entrepreneurial spirit, which we intend to be the management style we teach our students.
In addition, in order to expand academic opportunities, Esden Business School has signed agreements with prestigious international universities.
