Admission process: step by step

Welcome to the Esden Business School admissions process!
Below, we explain in detail each stage of the admissions process so that you can prepare yourself and make sure you meet all the requirements.

1. Fill in the form

Start your process by filling out the online form. There you can indicate your basic information and your interest in one or more programs. Once submitted, we will contact you for further information.

2. Review of your canditature

Our admissions team will analyze your academic profile, professional experience and other relevant aspects of your background. We make sure we have a good understanding of your profile before moving forward.

3. Personal interview

All candidates are invited to an interview with members of the Admissions Committee. This conversation allows us to get to know you better, resolve your doubts and assess your fit with your chosen program.

4. Admissions Committee

After the interview, your application will be presented to the Admissions Committee, made up of academic experts and members of the management team. They will comprehensively evaluate all the elements of your profile.

5. Scholarship Committee

If you have applied for a scholarship, your application will also be reviewed by the Scholarship Committee. This committee analyzes your financial situation, academic merits and development potential to decide whether to grant you financial support.

6. Communication of the resolution

Once the evaluation process is completed, we will contact you directly and personally to inform you of the resolution. Within 1 to 2 days you will receive all the details about the admission offer, possible scholarships granted and the steps to follow to formalize your place.

We know that the admissions process can generate many doubts, and we are here to help you solve them. Here you will find answers to the most common questions we receive from our prospective students. If you don’t find the answer you are looking for, don’t hesitate to contact us.

The prerequisites for taking one of our Masters ensure the quality and high level of all participants.

To be able to study one of our Masters you must:

  • To have a University Degree.
  • If you do not have a University Degree you can access with demonstrable previous professional experience. Our Admissions Committee will value your professional experience to access the Master.

We will need the following documentation:

  • Photocopy of the Academic Degree or proof of having requested it, if the degree has been completed, or academic certification of the subjects taken and grades obtained in each of them, if the degree has not been completed.
  • Updated Curriculum Vitae.
  • Photocopy of DNI – Identity Card – Passport.
  • Application submission.

After the admissions interview with a member of the Admissions Committee, Esden will inform the candidate of the resolution of his or her application within a maximum of 1 to 2 days.

If admitted, the candidate must confirm his/her place within one week by completing the Enrollment Form and paying the amount corresponding to the place reservation. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the program.

Once we have received the Registration Form and confirmed the payment of the reservation, we will send a confirmation notification and the place will be formally reserved.

Esden Business School has on the one hand a Permanent Scholarship Program internal to the school and on the other hand, it has scholarships made available by collaborating companies and non-profit organizations (foundations, public entities, etc.).

The Permanent Scholarship Program consists of the following:

  • Partial Scholarships for Academic Excellence: Scholarships based on academic merit. The academic record of the university education will be taken into consideration.
  • Partial Career Scholarships: Scholarships based on the development of the candidate’s professional career as well as his or her qualities and talent to lead teams and projects.
  • Partial Scholarships for Entrepreneurship: Scholarships for those candidates who have just started a business -life less than 3 years- or have a business plan in a high degree of gestational progress as well as the legal procedures for its start-up.
  • Partial scholarships for Unemployment or unemployment: Scholarships for people over 26 years of age who are unemployed as long as they can prove it by presenting the supporting documentation issued by the social security that justifies their situation.

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION:

If you wish to apply for a scholarship, you must indicate this when completing your application for admission. The Scholarship Committee evaluates each application in conjunction with the Admissions Committee. In some cases, additional information may be requested, but the scholarship decision will be made within the same time frame as the admission response. Although the Scholarship Plan may vary from year to year, ESDEN Business School maintains a permanent fund available open to all eligible profiles.

CRITERIA FOR THE AWARDING OF SCHOLARSHIPS:

Scholarships are awarded at the discretion of the Scholarship Committee, which manages them on the basis of well-founded applications, supported by meritorious academic records, professional trajectory, entrepreneurial profile and a clear projection of future development. Special consideration is given to those profiles that stand out for their capabilities, commitment, talent and potential to generate a positive impact on their professional environment. The Committee also takes into account personal circumstances, such as unemployment, which may represent a barrier to access to our programs.
