Admission process: step by step
Welcome to the Esden Business School admission process! Below, we explain in detail each stage of the admissions process so that you can prepare yourself and make sure you meet all the requirements.
1. Fill in the form
Here you can provide your basic information and express your interest in our programs. You will receive an email with detailed information about your chosen program and next steps.
2. Review of your canditature
Once we receive your application, our admissions team will review your application in detail. We will evaluate your academic and professional experience and any other relevant aspects.
3. Personal interview
If your application is successful, you will be invited to participate in a personal interview. During the interview, we will have the opportunity to get to know you better, understand your motivations and assess your alignment with the school's values.
4. Admissions Committee
After the interview, your application will be presented to the Admissions Committee. This committee is composed of academic and administrative professionals who will analyze all aspects of your profile thoroughly.
5. Scholarship Committee
If you have applied for a scholarship, your application will be reviewed by the Scholarship Committee. This committee will evaluate your financial need, your academic merits and any other relevant information to determine whether we will offer you this support.
6. Communication of the resolution
Finally, we will notify you of the resolution of your application. You will receive an email with the final decision, which may include an offer of admission, details on scholarships awarded, and next steps.

01 What are the admission requirements?
The prerequisites for taking one of our Masters ensure the quality and high level of all participants.
To be able to study one of our Masters you must:
- Have a university degree or diploma (or be in your final year).
- If you do not have a University Degree you can access with demonstrable previous professional experience. Our Admissions Committee will value your professional experience to access the master’s degree.
02 What documentation is required?
We will need the following documentation:
- Photocopy of the Academic Degree or proof of having requested it, if the degree has been completed, or academic certification of the subjects taken and grades obtained in each of them, if the degree has not been completed.
- Resume
- Photocopy of DNI – Identity Card – Passport
- Two passport-size photographs.
03 Reservation and Registration
Once the Admission Interview with the Director has been completed and within approximately one week, Esden will inform the candidate of the result of the application submitted.
From there on, in case of being admitted, the interested party must confirm his/her place within one week by paying the corresponding reservation fee. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the Master.
Once we receive your payment, we will send you an e-mail confirmation and your place will be reserved.
Afterwards, we will contact you to formalize your registration.
04 Financing and scholarships
Esden Business School has on the one hand a Permanent Scholarship Program internal to the school and on the other hand, it has scholarships made available by collaborating companies and non-profit organizations (foundations, public entities, etc.).
The Permanent Scholarship Program consists of the following:
Academic Excellence Scholarships: Scholarships based on academic merit. The academic record of the degree/graduate/diploma will be taken into consideration.
Career Scholarships: Scholarships based on the candidate’s professional career development as well as his or her qualities and talent to lead teams and projects.
Entrepreneurship Grants: Grants for those candidates who have just started a business -life less than 3 years- or have a business plan in a high degree of gestational progress as well as the legal procedures for its start-up.
Unemployment or unemployment: Scholarships for unemployed persons over 26 years of age, as long as they can prove it by presenting the supporting documentation issued by social security that justifies their situation.
SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION:
They must be requested at the same time the application for admission is completed and, in any case, before the start date of the course.
The Scholarship Committee meets weekly. Although it may request additional information from the applicant, the Committee will make its decision within 7/10 days.
The Scholarship Plan changes from year to year, but there is a permanent fund, common to all, offered directly by ESDEN BUSINESS SCHOOL.
CRITERIA FOR THE AWARDING OF SCHOLARSHIPS:
The awarding of scholarships is at the discretion of the Scholarship Committee, which manages it on the basis of well-argued applications, supported by meritorious academic records and, of course, the economic and financial needs of the applicants.
