Why take the Digital Transformation program ?
The objective is to provide young people, especially the unemployed and women, with the knowledge and skills necessary to integrate into the labor market as agents of digital transformation in SMEs. The aim is to reduce the gender gap by increasing the number of women trained and employed in the ICT sector.

Program benefits
The digital transformation program provides hybrid training certified by Harvard Business Publishing, with specialized professors and exclusive content. It is free for those who meet the requirements, is taught in small groups and offers personalized tutoring. It comprises 140 teaching hours (15 ECTS) plus 10 hours of personalized mentoring and can be validated with official degrees.

- Be less than 35 years old
- Have a high school degree or equivalent
Meet a minimum of one profile :
- Working in an SME with less than 10 employees
- Being self-employed

Yes, it is totally free. It is a program fully subsidized by the European Funds.
02. What degree will I obtain?
At the end of the program you will obtain two qualifications as a Digitalizing Agent, supported by Esden Business School, the European Funds and the Escuela de Organización Industrial (EOI).
03. Are there internships?
Yes, optionally you will have access to internships.
04. Is the training 100% online?
90% of the training is given in online format (live classes) and the remaining 10% are face-to-face classes.
