The goal of this program is to provide young people—especially unemployed individuals and women—with the knowledge and skills needed to enter the labor market as agents of digital transformation in SMEs. It also aims to reduce the gender gap by increasing the number of women trained and employed in the ICT sector.

Program Benefits
The Digital Transformation Program offers hybrid training certified by Harvard Business Publishing, delivered by specialized instructors with exclusive content. It is free for eligible participants, taught in small groups, and includes personalized tutoring. The program consists of 140 teaching hours (15 ECTS) plus 10 hours of personalized mentoring and can be validated with official degrees.
